Duo Ukiyo was born from an unlikely meeting of minds between Petit Miam and Sammy.adl, two performers with fiery passion and undeniable chemistry. When they first met, Petit Miam wasn’t shy about critiquing the male entertainment industry, admitting she wasn’t a fan of how male strippers often leaned on humour to convey sensuality. Sammy.adl’s response was simple: “Have you actually come to see one of my gigs?” Skeptical but curious, Petit Miam did just that, and Sammy completely proved her wrong with his powerful performance.

What started as a disagreement quickly evolved into a creative partnership. Sammy’s drive - “I just want to perform on every stage there is” - impressed Petit Miam, sparking the idea for something bigger. Together, they envisioned Duo Ukiyo: a captivating fusion of escapism and sensuality, a performance duo that embraces all genders and sexualities. With electric chemistry on stage, they bring audiences into a world where boundaries blur and artistry speaks to everyone.

Petit Miam

With over 30 years of dance training, her journey began in the classical ballet studios of the South Australian Ballet Company before exploding onto the sultry burlesque stage. This sweet, tangy pocket rocket combines elegance with raunch, creating a captivating blend of grace and cheekiness. Decades spent both in front of the camera and on stage have refined her skills far beyond performance, diving into costume design, stage managing, life art, modeling, acting, and teaching. If you grew up in the 90s, you’ll remember those creamy little yoghurt treats—and Petit Miam will have your taste buds tingling in just the same way.

A wealth of stage experience from the sex positive, all inclusive stages of adult entertainment around Aus. His strength, musicality, effortless lifts & tone are synonymous with progressive masculinity.  From an isolated outback station kid to Afghanistan war veteran, construction worker by day, entertainer by night Sammy has quickly established himself in the adult entertainment industry around Australia- Performing in both full revue adult shows, soon branching out into the world of cabaret and burlesque.
